SHIFT started as a transformative 4-week fitness program that started in 2020 and defied the common hesitations people have towards exercise.
This program aims to shift the focus from appearance to overall well-being, addressing discomfort, lack of support, and uncertainty.
Led by dedicated trainers Britt, Kenyla, Nina and Xuan as well as featuring insightful discussions with Keren, SHIFT fostered a judgment-free community of diverse women dedicated to physical and mental wellness.
Amidst a pandemic, SHIFT provided a space for growth, empowerment, and lasting friendships, offering a piece of joy during challenging times.
